Delivery
When will I receive my order?
The estimated fulfillment time is within 3-5 business days after you place your order. All orders are sent via USPS.
The shipping time depends on your location. In case your package is past the estimated delivery time we’ll be happy to look into this for you. Please send an email to inquiries@storehauz12.com
Where will my order ship from?
All our products are shipped from the USA.
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. All our products are currently available to be shipped anywhere in the USA only.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Please check the following:
- Your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
PRO TIP: Package theft is on the rise - if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense. Please send an email to inquiries@storehauz.com

How are your products made?
All our products are currently handmade with care and are Made in the USA.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
What is your Refund & Return Policy?
All our products are eligible for returns and exchanges. Please send an email to inquries@storehauz12.com if you are 1) returning your product and requesting a refund OR 2) returning your product in exchange for another item.
If you're returning your product in exchange for another item, please send an email to inquiries@storehauz12.com and we will send you the new item you chose at no cost to you.
If you are returning a product, we will refund you 100% of the product cost minus shipping and any applicable taxes. Please send your refund request email to inquiries@storehauz12.com
